Technical owner and operational point of contact for localization (indoor positioning).
Planning installations based on site plans and on-site surveys.
Installation and quality assurance of systems.
Process improvement and scaling of installation processes.
Training and enablement of technical partners.
Partner management and coordination for global installations.
Technical assessment of new zones (pre-sales support).
On-site deployments and customer contact to ensure smooth installations.
Documentation and internal coordination of all installations.
Requirements
Technical background: vocational training, degree, or master craftsman qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, building services engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience with radio and networking technologies, ideally in planning and implementation.
Hands-on mentality with ownership — you take responsibility and enjoy working operationally.
Experience collaborating with partners; you are confident and can professionally manage and coordinate external partners.
Willingness to travel (30–80%) and a structured approach to back-office work.
Ideally based in the Munich area.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (advantageous).
Structured and quality-oriented working style.
Excellent German and English skills.
