Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across assigned products and accounts
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies
Support audits and liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders
Manage and support an offshore accounting team, providing direction and coaching
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Partner with Operations to identify and reduce financial risks, including cash losses
Perform financial analysis related to revenue, products, and cash accounts

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA designation preferred
8+ years of accounting experience, including financial reporting and operations
5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong accounting expertise with experience in financial reporting and operations
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
