Work within clients' systems, e.g., their ATS, Slack, email setups, and hiring meetings.
Bring speed and reliability to recruiting processes and create clear scorecards, structured pipelines, and transparent weekly updates.
Requirements
Approximately 3–6 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years operating independently in full-cycle recruiting.
Experience hiring for commercial roles such as Sales, SDR/AE, Marketing, GTM, Customer Success, or Operations.
Have not only supported recruiting but taken full responsibility from briefing to offer.
Familiarity with dynamic environments such as startups, scale-ups, growing SMEs, embedded recruiting, RPO, or consulting setups.
Work in a structured and transparent way: scorecards, pipeline updates, weekly reports, and clean hiring processes are part of how you operate.
A genuine service mindset. Comfortable communicating in German and English and able to work clearly, reliably and empathetically with hiring managers, candidates, and our internal team.
