About this role
Role Overview
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and advertising to interviews, offers and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, develop job descriptions and advise on sourcing strategies.
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and support impactful selection processes.
Create a candidate experience built around what matters most, people.
Maintain recruitment records and metrics within our ATS (Workable) and produce reports as required.
Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners.
Play a key role in promoting and developing Civiteq’s EVP and employer brand.
Own and continuously improve our onboarding experience to ensure consistency and quality for new colleagues.
Support employee lifecycle administration (starters, changes, leavers).
Contribute to People Team activities including policy reviews, reporting and engagement initiatives.
Help deliver key elements of the People Plan.
Requirements
Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong track record of managing multiple roles, including both permanent and contractor hiring.
Experience hiring specialist roles (e.g. change, project management, technical SMEs).
Confidence advising hiring managers and influencing decisions.
HR administrative or generalist experience within a People/HR function.
Understanding of the public sector landscape and networks in this space.
Experience in consultancy, professional services or a high‑growth environment.
Familiarity with Workable and BambooHR (or similar ATS/HRIS platforms).
