You will own and scale our B2B marketing engine with a strong focus on digital, performance-driven marketing.
Define and drive our B2B marketing strategy across all channels, aligned with our business goals and sales targets
Build and scale a lead & demand generation engine for industrial manufacturing customers
Quickly build a deep understanding of our product, customer personas, and the manufacturing domain – and translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories
Own our performance marketing setup: plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and on LinkedIn
Refine and continuously improve tracking & reporting to measure traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and ROI
Take responsibility for our website and landing pages together with our sales team
messaging, structure, A/B tests and conversion optimization
Independently create content for blog posts, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and webinar content around manufacturing, operational excellence and CO₂ reduction
Develop and manage email campaigns and nurture journeys in close collaboration with our Sales & Customer Success teams
Coordinate fairs, webinars and selected customer events as part of an integrated marketing strategy
Manage and brief external agencies & freelancers where needed – while staying hands-on in the key digital channels
Requirements
Ideally, some experience in B2B marketing, digital performance marketing and lead generation
Ideally, familiarity with tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CMS
Ability to think from the customer’s perspective and translate technical topics into impactful messaging
Passion for content marketing: you enjoy writing and can independently create high-quality content
A data-driven mindset: you consistently analyze performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize based on measurable results
Ambition to build a professional, modern B2B marketing function – while staying pragmatic and hands-on
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Excellent language skills in English (C1)
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and events
