Role Overview
- Build marketing ops from the ground up

Requirements
- 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Hands-on administration experience with leading marketing automation solutions and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM)
- Built lead scoring and lifecycle automation at scale; delivered attribution that stakeholders trust
- Implemented and led scaled-up adoption of AI tools for key GTM workflows
- Developed excellent documentation and stakeholder enablement practices
- Pardot experience a strong plus
- Experience developing consent and privacy programs across US and EU, and building preference/subscription centers
- Energy or environmental commodities industry experience
- WordPress experience
