- Gain a working understanding of contact center terminology, processes, and telephony requirements
- Participate in opportunities to apply related knowledge in both practice and production environments
- As knowledge develops, become more involved in actual client project implementation work
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years college education with focus on computer sciences or related field
- Exposure to a Contact Center environment a plus
- Ability to work in a remote environment with little oversight or direction
- Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
- Self-starter possessing excellent time management skills
- Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously while being reviewed at a management level for growth
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
