High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience in learning design and development
At least 4 years of experience with Articulate Storyline or Adobe
6+ years of experience in learning design and development (preferred)
4+ years of experience in Training Design and Development for digital modalities (preferred)
4+ years of experience with multimedia photo and video editing software (preferred)
Experience building custom GPTs or specific prompt libraries (preferred)
Experience using Experience API or similar data tools (preferred)
Experience working in an environment treating a learning program like a product (preferred)
Familiarity with designing for Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) (preferred)
Proven experience building content that meets WCAG or UDL standards (preferred)
Portfolio of work showing examples of digital learning and at least one instance using AI to solve a design problem (preferred).
