You are responsible for your own client portfolio and ensure optimal use of our services as well as the strategic expansion of our product offerings
You actively strengthen customer loyalty and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction
You work closely with the teams from Sales, IT and Customer Service — together you ensure smooth processes and strong results
You independently lead projects and contribute your ideas

Completed training in travel services or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Travel Specialist or in a comparable role in the industry
Ideally experience with OBE systems
Negotiation skills, an independent and detail-oriented working style, and strong communication abilities
Team player mentality, personal responsibility and resilience
Confident user of Office programs and a strong affinity for digital tools and new systems
Business-fluent German and fluent English, both spoken and written
