Role Overview
- Map product costs in coordination with various CMA CGM departments, agencies, and external suppliers
- Support inventory management
- Ensure proper application of procedures and compliance with product-related rules
- Monitor execution and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to geographical expansion of the product offering
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Create and update generic processes
- Develop marketing tools, including content and presentations
- Input and maintain pricing in internal systems
- Contribute to internal and external product promotion (materials, communications, campaigns)
- Prepare and participate in webinars and commercial presentations
- Monitor commercial performance using internal tools (reporting and KPI analysis)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business, Logistics, Transport, or related field)
- First experience in commercial or marketing roles, ideally in a maritime or logistics environment
- Fluent in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
