You work daily with various dashboards to monitor relevant soft KPIs such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumbstop Ratio, CTR, CVR and ROAS
You analyze all creative performance data weekly and translate data patterns directly into concrete strategic actions — supported by clear numerical justification
You run a hypothesis-driven creative testing system: every test starts with a data-driven hypothesis and ends with a documented, measurable learning
You create data-based creative briefs for performance designers and media buyers — each brief includes KPI baseline, data hypothesis and success criteria; no gut-feel decisions without evidence
You manage media buyers on the creative level strategically: budget allocation based on data signals, not opinion
You build AI-supported analysis processes — for pattern recognition, hypothesis generation and reporting automation
You deliver monthly creative performance reports with soft KPI deltas, winning/losing ad analysis and strategic recommendations
Requirements
You genuinely enjoy digging into performance data and spotting patterns where others only see numbers
You have a deep understanding of creative metrics — Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, Thumbstop Ratio, ROAS — and know which levers move which KPIs
You bring experience building creative testing frameworks: deriving hypotheses, testing, evaluating, documenting and scaling
You have proven ability to delegate strategically and data-driven — to designers and media buyers precisely and without room for interpretation
AI tools for data analysis and pattern recognition are not a toy to you but an analytical lever
You come from performance marketing, growth, data analytics, BI or a comparable field — the main thing is an obsession with numbers combined with creative understanding
You work independently, think in systems and raise the alarm when data requires a change of direction
