You keep an eye on trends, conduct independent analyses, and monitor how the use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn is evolving
You develop compelling storylines and user-argumentation chains by crafting creative concepts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Display and YouTube ads
You design psychologically informed customer journeys that meet users where they are, convincingly nurture them and close with a conversion
Together with our Creative and Performance teams you optimize the customer experience and connect data-driven performance marketing with sales psychology
You write highly targeted, outstanding copy for our clients that truly hits the mark
Requirements
You bring solid experience in conceptualizing creative social media campaigns – ideally as an Art Director or Creative Strategist
You have a genuine growth mindset, love start-up dynamics, and see new challenges as opportunities to grow
You can quickly grasp complex issues and comfortably put yourself in different target audiences to write persuasive ad copy
Your very good German and good English skills support you in this role
