End-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering complex IT and digital projects (custom software) across all phases, from acquisition to successful completion
Strategic advisory and development of lasting customer relationships and strategically important accounts
Responsible for resource planning as well as ongoing project controlling and reporting in a multi-project environment
Planning, prioritisation and management of backlogs and facilitation of agile processes and workshops
Ensuring quality through support of testing, acceptance, releases and rollouts
Requirements
A relevant qualification and/or degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Extensive experience managing complex digital IT projects, ideally in an agency environment
Confident in client interaction and leading interdisciplinary project teams (focus on development)
Strong experience in strategic client advisory as an Account Manager
