Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing complex IT and digital projects (custom software) across all phases, from acquisition to successful completion
Strategic advisory and building and sustainably developing client relationships and strategically relevant accounts
Responsibility for resource planning as well as ongoing project controlling and reporting in a multi-project environment
Planning, prioritizing and managing backlogs as well as facilitating agile processes and workshops
Ensuring quality by overseeing testing, acceptance, releases and rollouts
Requirements
Relevant education and/or degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems
Extensive experience leading complex digital IT projects, ideally in an agency environment
Confident in client-facing situations and in leading interdisciplinary project teams (focus on development)
Solid experience in strategic client advisory as an Account Manager
Working knowledge of agile project management methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
Experience in proposal development, costing, negotiation and economic project management
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and a good sense for opportunities, potential and sustainable client development
