About this role
Role Overview
Own and articulate the product vision, aligned with business strategy and program roadmaps
Maximize delivered value by prioritizing needs according to product, user and business criteria
Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Support the agile team in meeting the Definition of Ready and the Definition of Done
Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams, IT and development teams
Prepare and contribute to Agile rituals and governance events (PI Planning, reviews, demonstrations)
Manage functional dependencies with other products and program teams
Monitor user satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Contribute to the design and integration of AI use cases (automation, decision support, journey and process optimization), in collaboration with business and technical teams
Requirements
Master’s degree (engineering school, university or equivalent)
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role
Prior professional experience required in the banking or financial sector (banking, credit, financing, financial services, banking IT)
Strong experience in scaled Agile contexts (SAFe)
Ability to drive a product vision and align multiple stakeholders
Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
Strong interest in and/or basic knowledge of artificial intelligence (generative AI, data, automation, rule engines, decision support), with the ability to identify relevant product use cases
Awareness of business value, compliance, security and user experience considerations
Professional working proficiency in English is a plus
