About this role

Support Ensemble's growth through a flexible but structured Standard Operating Model, Assessments, Integrations and Portfolio/Project Manager
Deliver enterprise initiatives that improve value to clients and shareholders
Establish clear program and project policies, SOP and toolkits for common initiatives types
Coordinate across departments to promote a collaborative approach to delivery for successful outcomes
Manage multiple concurrent client and internal revenue cycle projects

Minimum 10-15 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
Extensive leadership and management in establishing and improving Operations, Technology and Strategic initiatives
Expert knowledge of Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators and financial performance metrics
Minimum 5 years' experience performing Program/Project Management on multiple concurrent client and internal revenue cycle projects
Ability to lead professionals to achieve peak performance and deliver enterprise-level results
Executive-level presentation and communication skills
Ability to travel as needed to support the projects estimated at up to 25% of the time
