Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross‑functional cybersecurity and technology risk projects
Partner with business and technology leaders to shape strategy, define scope and objectives
Facilitate and lead cross‑functional working groups to remove barriers and mitigate risk
Develop project plans, schedules, RACI matrices, risk/issue logs, and status reporting
Ensure project execution follows enterprise lifecycle, cyber governance, and regulatory requirements
Support PMO operational excellence by ensuring shared materials, templates, project documentation, and internal processes remain organized, current, and aligned
Coach and mentor Cybersecurity PMO team members
Lead change‑management and adoption planning for cybersecurity initiatives
Manage communication between Cybersecurity, IT, business lines, and governance committees
Prepare updates for cybersecurity steering committees and seniors when needed.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Minimum 7+ years project management with 5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk required
10+ years project management with 7+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk preferred
PMP, CSM, CAPM, CSPM, CISSP‑ASSOCIATE, OR EQUIVALENT PREFERRED
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Strong project management discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail, governance rigor, and organizational discipline
Technical expertise of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks (NIST, PCI, cloud, IAM, vulnerability mgmt)
Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and business processes quickly
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and drive resolution in complex environments
Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and project reporting tools.
