- Develops quality metrics and goals to drive improvement efforts
- Leads development and improvement of systems to ensure correct documentation
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
Requirements
- Three to six years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of documentation and quality systems
- In-depth knowledge of quality metrics, ISO standards, and processes
- Ability to use PC applications: Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint
