Requirements
3-6 years of experience in brand design, digital design, or social content creation (agency or in-house).
A Killer Portfolio: Show us you can handle logo design, typography, and layout, with a heavy emphasis on social media and motion work.
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and After Effects for motion graphics.
Social Fluency: An innate understanding of what works on TikTok vs. Instagram vs. YouTube—and the ability to design specifically for those nuances.
Speed and Precision: The ability to balance high-quality craftsmanship with the fast-paced nature of an in-house creative team, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
