Brand Designer

Brain Co. is an Applied AI startup that focuses on building AI applications for significant institutions. They are seeking two Brand Designers to enhance their visual communication, primarily through client presentations, and eventually expand to the broader brand system including marketing materials and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Design and continuously refine client-facing presentations that clearly communicate complex AI systems and institutional impact
• Build modular slide systems and templates that allow teams to scale high-quality presentations quickly
• Translate dense technical and operational concepts into clear visual narratives using diagrams, layout, typography, and information design
• Establish and evolve Brain Co.’s brand visual language across typography, layout, iconography, and visual hierarchy
• Collaborate closely with leadership, GTM, product, and engineering teams to transform ideas into polished visual communication
• Extend Brain Co.’s brand across additional channels, including the website, print collateral, marketing materials, and product storytelling
• Create scalable design assets and repeatable design systems that maintain quality as the company grows
• Help define how AI companies communicate visually—setting a new standard for clarity and sophistication
