Process, track, maintain and archive confidential HR related records and documents (paper and electronic)
Monitor/research legislative changes and HR best practices to support policy review and development
Under the direction of the Team Lead, People Operations, prepare employment agreements using templates
Assist in preparation of employee onboarding and offboarding activities and documents
Support Payroll and HR Coordinators in all payroll and benefits related activities
Assist the Total Rewards Specialist in the execution of the annual merit increase process and the preparation of Total Reward Statements
Provide support to the Total Rewards & Data Specialist on HR reporting, audits and data modelling on an as needed basis
Assist in the preparation and execution of company-wide new employee orientation sessions
Assist in maintaining employee records in the Learning Management System (LMS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
Assist with background checks and employment confirmations
Provide support and participate in special HR project planning and execution
Requirements
Ability to reliably commute to Alimentiv's London offices on a hybrid basis as needed
Able to work independently and as part of a team and in an environment with changing priorities
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Be strongly motivated to meet timelines and project goals
Ontario Secondary School Diploma completion
Preference will be given to applicants enrolled in a Human Resources Management program.
