About this role

Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our products and understand the root causes of changes
Establish funnel and loan performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python
Conduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in funnel and loan performance and provide optimization strategy recommendations to improve metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel or underwriting strategy changes, monitor releases, and perform impact analysis
Analyze A/B testing data for funnel or underwriting optimization experiments, evaluate impact and provide recommendations

Bachelor's in (or junior majoring in) math, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Data analysis experience with python
Experience with data analytics
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
