Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
8+ years of Technical, Corporate or Manufacturing recruitment experience as a recruiting expert in external recruiting agencies or in-house recruitment
Fluent professional-level English and local language skills as needed (verbal and written)
National travel of 10-15% required
Expert at building & maintaining professional relationships
Proactive in sourcing and attracting top candidates
Collaborative & consultative, able to provide insights & recommendations
Skilled at managing multiple projects & prioritizing tasks
Clear & concise communication across all levels
Willing to experiment with new methods & actively learn about the business you’re supporting.
