Partner closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, driving the Distributor and Operations portfolio
Supporting the overall business ambition in driving NPD and customer execution.
Working across distributors and operational stakeholders, this role partners with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively and on time.
With responsibility spanning merchandising support, account management, NPD project management and data analysis, the role is integral to delivering strong commercial outcomes and operational excellence for the Australian Consumer Division.

Commercially astute and proactive with some experience in operations support or customer management, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.
Strong analytical capability, confidence working with sales and forecast data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfort in managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills whilst driving positive cultural impact.
