About this role
Role Overview
Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage a robust sales pipeline using Hubspot to ensure consistent progress and achieve monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights, align on goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of Lucid Bots' solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
Regularly report on sales performance, key metrics, and insights to leadership.
Obtain a Part 107 certification and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers to showcase capabilities and drive engagement.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in the robotics, technology, or SaaS industry.
Prior success self-sourcing qualified opportunities via call, text, email, and LinkedIn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
Demonstrated ability to understand technical products and translate their value to diverse audiences.
Previous start-up experience heavily preferred but not required.
Operates with a strong sense of urgency to pursue leads, accelerate deal cycles, and exceed revenue targets.
