Requirements
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in incident management or a related IT role
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and incident management best practices
Proficiency with incident management tools
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
