About this role
Role Overview
Develop, maintain, and support the Workday platform, with a primary focus on Benefits, FSA administration, Annual Enrollment, core HCM, Reporting, and Security
Lead Benefits configuration and ongoing administration, including health, welfare, and voluntary plans, eligibility rules, event-driven processes, FSA/HSA integrations, testing, and issue resolution
Annual Enrollment (AE) and Open Enrollment cycles, including end-to-end planning, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support; ensure accurate plan setup, cost calculations, employee experience, and vendor file outputs
Configure and implement business process framework (BPF) changes, eligibility rules, condition rules, and validation logic to support optimized, compliant, and scalable HR and Benefits processes
Provide day-to-day Workday system support, troubleshooting complex data, Benefits, security, and reporting issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions within governance standards
Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics, including advanced, matrix, composite, and calculated field-based reporting to support Benefits operations, compliance, finance, and executive decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field preferred
5+ years’ progressive Workday experience in a corporate environment inclusive of troubleshooting issues, configuration, testing, and implementing optimizations
5+ years’ Workday experience with an emphasis on Benefits and Reporting
Strong experience with Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, and maintenance
