Ensure work alignment with the business vision developed in enterprise architecture
Act as the primary lead in the preparation of business cases and opportunity assessments
Model and optimize current and target business processes and information objects according to recognized standards
Facilitate process optimization and collaborative workshops with stakeholders
Draft business cases in collaboration with delivery team members
Conduct impact and gap analyses for processes and information objects
Contribute to the mapping and health assessment of business capabilities
Define performance indicators and produce assessments, recommendations, and executive-level presentations.

Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline
Have at least 12 years of experience in the information management domain
Have at least 8 years of experience as a business architecture consultant
Hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
In the past 5 years, have completed at least 2 business architecture engagements of a minimum scope of 120 person-days each, applying Lean principles
In the past 3 years, have completed at least 2 business cases of a minimum scope of 60 person-days each
Be able to communicate fluently and effectively in French, both orally and in writing
Demonstrate autonomy, facilitation skills, strong analytical rigour, and excellent collaboration.
