Role Overview
- Support a dedicated business group as the primary compensation partner
- Build consultative and collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and business leaders
- Provide guidance on a wide variety of compensation matters
- Complete salary surveys
- Support proposal pricing requests
- Monitor state and local minimum wage and pay transparency requirements
- Support a variety of compensation-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of progressive experience in a compensation-focused role
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with job content, job analysis, and salary benchmarking data
