Lead the planning and execution of technology implementation programs from initiation through deployment.
Develop program roadmaps, implementation schedules, and delivery milestones to ensure successful program execution.
Monitor program progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery timelines.
Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and technical needs.
Serve as a primary liaison between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, resolve implementation challenges, and maintain program alignment.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful system integration and deployment.
Establish and maintain implementation frameworks, delivery tracking mechanisms, and communication cadences.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
10+ years of program and people management experience, leading multiple teams.
6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects.
5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT / software projects.
M.S. in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
12+ years of experience managing complex programs, technology implementations, or large-scale initiatives (preferred).
Experience with low-code, no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and ServiceNow (preferred).
