About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts/practices
Provide support to all assigned accounts, including running reports, ordering kits, monitoring TAT
Execute all internal sales operations needed to establish a new practice
Upsell current clients and provide training on new product lines
Research, contact, and secure 2-3 quality appointments per month in a defined group of target accounts
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (preferred)
3 or more years’ of Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Experience in the Diagnostics segment
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Women's healthcare experience and relationships with IVF clinics, Gamete Donor banks, large OB consortiums, and hospital and health systems
Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salesforce experience
