Develop and execute content across the full funnel, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, sales assets, and social content
Translate complex product capabilities, industry trends, and customer stories into clear, compelling narratives
Support demand generation and ABM initiatives with targeted, persona-driven content
Develop thought leadership content such as research reports, industry guides, and executive-level assets
Partner with Product Marketing to produce case studies, testimonials, and enablement materials
Collaborate with Design and Digital Marketing to ensure content is visually strong, on-brand, and optimized for performance
Maintain and evolve Raintree’s content voice to be confident, approachable, and trusted
Track content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
Requirements
A self-starter mindset. Curious, proactive, and driven to continuously learn, experiment, and improve without needing constant direction
Hands-on experience using AI-powered content tools across ideation, research, drafting, optimization, and distribution.
Experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
Strong long-form and short-form writing skills with a clear, confident voice
Experience creating content that supports demand generation and sales teams, not just brand awareness
Ability to think strategically while executing quickly and iterating based on feedback
Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms is a plus
