Lead, structure and develop all HR administration activities
Manage outsourced payroll and the HRIS
Prepare and audit payroll using dedicated tools (HelloPaie and SILAE)
Provide high-quality support to employees: ticketing management, absence management, employment certificates, health insurance (mutuelle), payroll advances, SDTC
Manage subcontractors for the implementation and administration of HRIS-related tools (meal vouchers, remote work, training…)
Act as the Group IT contact: administrator of time and absence management tools (key user), responsible for data quality
Supervise interfaces with the finance teams
Coordinate updates to the BDES (company social and economic database)
Ensure HR and administrative communications to employees; update materials and tools
Manage occupational health visits and fundus (eye) exams; report commuting and workplace accidents
Support all HR functions as needed to ensure continuity of service
Take ownership of and implement the formalization, optimization and continuous improvement of the processes and tools under your responsibility
Participate in Group projects to improve or implement new tools, interfaces or processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in Human Resources
Minimum 5 years' experience in personnel administration and payroll roles
Proven experience with HR and payroll processes
Comfortable managing HR data, tracking KPIs and optimizing administrative processes
Technical knowledge and skills: higher education in human resources (minimum Bac+3 or equivalent)
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and functions such as IF and VLOOKUP
Strong knowledge of HR and administrative processes, HRIS tools, and project management methods
Professional working proficiency in English required
