Identify and develop improvement initiatives that enhance the safety of our plants while supporting our global business objectives.
Support and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies, Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), and facility-siting evaluations.
Manage and safeguard Process Safety Information.
Support the Management of Change (MoC) process and provide process safety services to our Chemical and Compounding Operations.
Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines, relevant stakeholders, and colleagues.
Serve as a key link between process development, project implementation, operations, and maintenance.

Bachelor / master’s degree in chemical engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 5+ years working experience in chemical or mechanical engineering.
Candidates with training in PHA methodologies and/or LOPA are preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
Flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities within a matrix organization.
Strong process engineering and project management skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
