About this role

Drive the planning, optimisation, and performance of acquisition activity
Plan and optimise performance marketing campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate channels with key marketing SMEs
Jointly drive efficient customer acquisition and ROI, using ongoing performance optimisation and experimentation
Leverage platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager, and internal insights tools to monitor performance and inform decision-making
Develop and evolve reporting frameworks, translating data into clear, actionable insights
Partner with internal teams and agency partners to ensure best practice execution and ongoing improvement

Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or advertising
Proven experience across SEM, paid social, and affiliate/performance media channels
Strong experience with analytics and ad tech platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder management across marketing and broader business functions (product, UX, compliance, customer insights)
