Playing a huge role in central operations
Provide centralize monitoring and incident control across various sites and engineering systems
Collaborate with local regional site teams to deliver high-quality facility management services
Support the incident controller to ensure system settings are available and maintain close contact with site team
Be part of a 12/7 team providing monitoring and health checking operating systems globally
Alarm responses and first line remote fix when required
Escalation and incident management as key deliverable
Maintain organization skills to smooth daily operations
Make informed decisions for operational success

Minimum of 2 years hands on experience
Good understanding of process engineering or BMS control systems
Data analysis management ability (Use Case analysis)
Willingness to work a 12-hours shift pattern (Day/Night), subject to appointment
Emotional Intelligence and IT oriented
Confident communicator
Good level of written and spoken English
Fresh graduate/Intern are welcome to apply
