Lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience

Advocate for technology usage and train team to transact in the moment

Collaborate with store team and Home Office on building fitness connections and event programming
Oversee and contribute to the planning and execution of inspiring events

Drive engagement in each zone through communication and adaptability
Prioritize employee development to ensure team expertise on product fit and function
Uphold daily operating procedures and manage staff scheduling and payroll

2+ years store leadership experience
Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
Experience in coaching and conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
