Role Overview
- Build, configure, and support Windows servers
- Manage and support virtualization platforms
- VMware
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory environments
- Implement and maintain security controls
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and network disruption awareness
- Work closely with developers, other system administrators, services desk, and business analysts to support business critical applications
- Document and maintain processes, procedures, and system diagrams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- 5 years of experience in server/ systems administration in a production environment
- Understanding and experience of cloud-based computing (Azure, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with NetApp, VMware, and Commvault a plus
- US Citizenship is required.
