Role Overview
Create detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones by collaborating with Engineering, Product, Operations, and external stakeholders.
Lead the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between multiple teams, including Engineering, Operations, Product, and external partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, ensuring all stakeholders, including non-technical teams, have a clear understanding of project progress and any roadblocks.
Support the project team in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and ensuring any dependencies or blockers are addressed promptly.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, working closely with stakeholders to prevent delays or issues.
Provide clear, concise, and accurate project reports to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical project management, particularly in managing cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating issues.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
