Role Overview
- Provide leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions
- Conduct multiple software implementations with depth and breadth in several technical competencies
- Align technical solutions to business objectives and ensure coding practices comply with standards
- Guide the team on work breakdown and execution, working with the Product Owner on product backlog requirements and acceptance criteria
- Mentor team members with skills and practices in planning and estimation, peer reviews, and engineering practices
Requirements
- 10+ yrs DevOps/DevSecOps/Release Engineering experience
- Core DevSecOps & CI/CD knowledge
- Proficiency in Jenkins, XLR, Merlin, Ant, and Ansible automation
- Experience with multibranch pipelines, shared libraries, reusable templates
- Knowledge of GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development, PR governance
- Familiarity with security & quality tools like SonarQube, CodeScan
- Experience in deployment expertise with MuleSoft, API Manager, and Salesforce
- Proficiency in .NET, Oracle, SQL Server schema automation
- Knowledge of cloud & infrastructure deployments, particularly AWS and Salesforce
