Role Overview
- Provide exceptional technical support through remote diagnostics and on-site support to internal and external customers
- Utilize remote access technologies to assist healthcare customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining business targets
- Deliver high-level support to Nordic customers with a focus on Denmark
- Foster cooperation with customers and within Philips, and perform security updates as needed
Requirements
- University-level technical education, such as a BSc or equivalent, in medical technology
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in medical technology, specifically in imaging systems and X-ray
- Experience in providing technical remote support
- Strong troubleshooting and logical thinking skills
- Effective communication with teams and customers in both Danish and English, proficiency in other Nordic languages as an advantage
