Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder
Specialize in either product marketing or segment marketing.
Experience in Content Management and Copywriting
Knowledgeable in project management tools like Monday.Com, CRM systems, AI, Salesforce – Pardot, Pardot Account Engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers.
Ability to calmly organize and prioritize your workload in order to juggle multiple tasks and projects daily.
Identify and group like projects or tasks to maximize efficiencies.
Experience in marketing tools and project management is a plus.
Proven customer service skills and strong customer focus required.
Ability to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the sales and marketing organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.
