Proactive project management support to the MT Transcend OTC NA Finance team & Deployment Lead
Responsible for the planning, management and coordination of all Finance deliverables ensuring they’re on-time in accordance with the NA Program plan
Passionate follow-up on Finance actions arising from Governance mtgs, plan milestones, stage gates…
Coaches colleagues in project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities
Monitors the Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions (RAID) log with a view to leading a “no surprises” approach for the Transcend Finance team
Connect Global and Regional Squad teams on design progress with defined frequency
Stay informed with design, build and all project phases’ progress, gaps, KDDs and risks
As Finance typically is impacted by many upstream processes, (eg Logistcs, Plan, Deliver(, there’s a need to work cross-functionally within the Program to understand E2E milestones and the “so what?”
Requirements
A forward-looking mindset with the ability to anticipate, drive and progress actions on potential asks and deadlines
5 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in MedTech
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar
Fluent in English with good presentation skills
People Leadership – a C.E.O mindset, (Compete, Execute, Optimize)
Experience working with Microsoft Office project management tools, Jira, Visio

Previously demonstrated hands-on project experience including the resolution of any risks / roadblocks and / or escalation as necessary
Ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues
Ability to work and lead under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills, (both oral and written), with proven ability to influence and collaborate to deliver on actions and results
