Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant
- 10+ years of experience in financial technology, digital banking, or enterprise SaaS implementations
- 5+ years of experience leading technical or solution consulting teams
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Deep working knowledge of: Digital Banking platforms, API-driven architectures, Authentication frameworks
