Role Overview
- Shape the future of Cafeyn's user experience across platforms
- Report directly to the Director of Product
- Understand user needs and business objectives
- Translate insights into visually appealing and intuitive designs
- Act as the bridge between discovery and delivery
- Ensure designs are platform-agnostic and technically feasible
- Iterate on existing features based on data-informed approaches
- Deliver high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to and evolve the global Design System
- Advocate for user-centered interface design
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within high-growth B2C environments handling millions of users across web and mobile
- Mastery of the double-diamond design process
- Proficiency in Figma to build clean, scalable components and high-fidelity prototypes
- Understanding of the constraints of mobile development
- Ability to design systems that work in production
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly
- Fluency in French and English to present complex design rationales to international stakeholders
