Design, implement, and operate resilient IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems through proactive monitoring and optimization
Manage and maintain operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms
Configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
Own system security, including access control, patching, vulnerability management, and hardening practices
Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and system-level issues
Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and security teams to support platform and product delivery
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure, processes, and standards
Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
Support capacity planning and cost optimization across infrastructure environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in IT system engineering, infrastructure, or operations roles
Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux environments
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and hybrid architectures
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Strong knowledge of security best practices, system hardening, and access management
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability setups
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation mindset
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
