- Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements across HCM and Recruiting
- Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to optimize business processes
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
- Develop comprehensive documentation including standard operating procedures
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong configuration experience in HCM and Recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to Workday configuration
- Experience implementing system enhancements and process improvements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
