Lead a team of project managers and engineers for various municipal, tribal and private clients
Apply your technical expertise and knowledge to design, implement, and evaluate solutions
Supervise and mentor junior staff
Prepare and review technical reports and proposals
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

BS degree in civil or environmental engineering
10+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent technical writing skills; including conveying technical ideas to a non-technical audience
Professionalism, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work independently and in teams
This position may require ability and willingness to undertake periodic travel, including possible short-term assignments to remote project locations or industrial areas, may include working in adverse weather conditions and the ability to traverse varying terrain.
