Senior UX Researcher

Role Overview

• Conduct UX research with little to no direction
• Work in an ambiguous environment, picking the best research methods
• Lead projects and manage resources
• Build relationships with clients and seek new ones
• Create/Co-Create Case Studies after each project
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment on significant matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5-6 Years in User Experience role as an individual contributor
• familiarity with a variety tools (Qualtrics, Maze, JourneyTrack)
• Master's Degree, preferred fields of education: Statistics, Human Factors, HCI, Industrial Engineering, Anthropology, Social Psychology, Marketing (Research) or MBA
• 6+ Years in UX roles
