Draft, review and negotiate various types of contracts (customer agreements, supplier contracts, data protection agreements, NDAs, etc.) in French and English
Conduct legal risk analyses related to new product offerings and regulatory requirements, and propose appropriate solutions
Provide legal and compliance support to our operational teams (Tech, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Update and maintain existing legal documentation
Contribute to the responsible and compliant use of AI within the company by monitoring regulatory developments (EU AI Act, etc.), advising internal teams and participating in the development of AI governance frameworks
Help identify and develop AI-powered tools and agents to improve the efficiency of the Legal team's processes (contract tracking, compliance monitoring, etc.)
Monitor legal developments in French and international law to ensure ongoing compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various legal projects
Requirements
You are completing a Master’s degree in contract law, business law, intellectual property, telecommunications law, data protection and/or new technologies law (final year or M1+M2 apprenticeship program preferred)
You have at least one prior experience in a law firm or within an in-house legal department
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
You are comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment
You are solution-oriented, business-minded and able to act as a true business partner
You have a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies — not as a substitute for legal reasoning, but as a lever to improve legal operations
